My journey to creating serene, luxurious sanctuaries for healers and those desiring healing began long before I started my interior design firm. It’s a story of love, faith, and a passion for elevating lives through beautiful, functional spaces.
Growing up, I witnessed the profound strength of my mother, who courageously battled sickle cell disease and later breast cancer. Caring for her during her hardest moments shaped me deeply. It taught me the importance of creating environments that nurture well-being, peace, and restoration—an understanding I now bring to every home I design. These experiences instilled in me the belief that a well-designed home isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity for mental and emotional health. This belief is at the heart of my mission: to craft sanctuaries where healers and those that need healing and comfort due to illnesses, demanding careers, chaotic home environments; can retreat, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones. Before launching THE SAVVY ID Interior Design Firm, I spent over 25 years as a district retail manager, mastering leadership, strategic planning, and creating exceptional customer experiences. In 2016, I pivoted to my true calling—interior design—and I’ve never looked back. Today, I specialize in transforming dated, high-end homes into serene, modern sanctuaries that reflect my clients’ success and aspirations. My approach blends functionality with sophistication, creating timeless designs that elevate your lifestyle and well-being. As a designer, I work with high-achieving professionals, especially women in medicine, who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
