Room by room, Katherine moves through your home observing, photographing, asking clarifying questions, and noting the opportunities and issues in every space. You follow and listen.

The Savvy Home Report is a comprehensive written deliverable annotated photos, your priority action plan, design direction, and implementation roadmap that documents everything covered in your diagnostic session.
