Yes — when you book a Tier 2 or Tier 3 project within 7 days of your diagnostic session, the $697 diagnostic investment is credited toward your project retainer. Ask Katherine for details during your visit.
What is the Savvy Home Report and when do I decide?
The Savvy Home Report is a comprehensive written deliverable with annotated photos, your priority action plan, design direction, and implementation roadmap that documents everything covered in your diagnostic session. It is an optional add-on at $497, and you can decide to add it during the session itself after experiencing the diagnostic firsthand.
