Our Full Service Interior Design Process
Step 2 – The Design Fee Proposal: Contract, Collect Retainer/ Deposit, & Project Commencement
Step 4 – Execution of sourcing goods and services, procuring estimates and design boards
Step 5 – The Presentation: Visual display of furnishings and materials, presentation of estimates, collection of furnishings deposit. Following the presentation, project management fees are determined and the final project phase is initiated.
Step 7 – Budget & Progress Review
Step 8 – Construction/ Renovation Initiation
Step 9 – Installation Period: Orders are received
Step 10 – Furniture Installation & Styling
Step 11 – Client Reveal
Step 12 – Deficiencies: Identified (if any)
Step 13 – Deficiencies: Resolved
Step 14 – Project Closure Meeting: Presentation of final invoices
Step 15 – Thank You & Project Completion
